New Mommy Class

 

Becoming a mother is a major step in a woman's life. There is a lot to learn about babies, especially during their first precious days of life. As a Pediatrician and a Mother myself, I appreciated the need for an educational resource to help new mother’s learn about what to expect. We want you to be better prepared and equipped to have an easier journey into motherhood. 

 

The class will cover:

• What to expect during the hospital stay 

• The key components at the hospital to set you up for success at home

• Benefits of breastfeeding and tips for successful breastfeeding journey

• How to prepare for baby to come home

• Safe sleep

• Returning to work
